Our biltong, droëwors, cabanossi & stokkies are all made by us, on site, in our custom drying rooms.

We have been making biltong in Australia since 2016 and moved into our current premises in 2019.

None of our dried goods are pre-packaged and we slice our biltong fresh on site.

Online orders are packed fresh and posted daily.

We also make all our own boerewors if you are visiting us in store!

Straight Out the Drying Room

Your order will be hand picked straight out of our drying room. All products are packed to customer specifications to ensure freshness during transit.

While we try to have our full range in stock all the time, occasionally we sell out. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing.

Orders are sent using Auspost Express satchels, meaning once shipped it will get to you quickly, usually in 1-2 business days.

Refunds & Replacements

If you are unhappy with our product for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. For us to investigate any issues we will need your name, order number and images of what has been received within this time frame.

Please KEEP all products, stored correctly, until our team has responded. If adequate photos or receipts are not received we cannot provide a refund or replacement.

All issues are investigated on a case-by-case basis.

Storage Tips

Biltong is best stored in a cool, dry place with good airflow. Avoid sealing it in airtight containers for extended periods as this can cause moisture buildup.
