Lollipops — Frequently Asked Questions
- Are biltong lollipops suitable for kids?
- They are popular with kids, and we mark every flavour with a spice rating so you can pick the kid-friendly ones. As with any dried meat on a stick, younger children should be supervised while eating.
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days, because everything is hand-picked out of the drying room and packed fresh rather than pulled off a shelf. Once it ships it travels in an Australia Post Express satchel, which usually lands within 1–2 business days. Tracking is provided on every postal order.
- Do you deliver Australia-wide?
- Yes. We post Australia-wide with Australia Post Express, from the Sunshine Coast to Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart and everywhere between. You can also have your order sent to an Australia Post Parcel Locker for 24/7 collection.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is free on orders over 2kg (excluding specials). Orders under 2kg are a flat $14.10 anywhere in Australia. Every order includes Australia Post standard insurance up to $100 at no extra cost.
- Will it still be fresh when it arrives?
- That is what the express satchel is for. Nothing is pre-packaged — your order is cut and packed to your specifications on the day it goes out, so it travels fresh rather than sitting in stock. We have been posting dried meats around Australia from Maroochydore since 2016.
- Can I collect in store instead?
- Yes. Click & Collect is available from our Maroochydore shop, and we do local Sunshine Coast drop-offs Monday to Thursday — get in touch to arrange one. Collection is generally not same-day unless it has been prearranged.
