Processing & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched in 1-5 business days
Our dispatch facility operates from 9am-4pm Monday to Thursday.
While we try to have our full range in stock all the time, occasionally we sell out. Please allow processing time for fresh batches.
Your order will be hand picked straight out of our drying room and packed fresh to ensure quality during transit.
Delivery Options
Express Post
All postal orders shipped via AusPost Express satchels. Usually delivered in 1-2 business days once dispatched.
Local Delivery
Sunshine Coast drop offs available Monday-Thursday. Contact us to arrange, generally not same day unless prearranged.
Parcel Locker
Have your order sent to your secure Australia Post Parcel Locker for convenient 24/7 collection.
Click & Collect
Collect from our shop. Orders ready as promptly as possible, generally not same day unless prearranged.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking will be provided for all postal orders.
If the parcel is left unattended after failed delivery attempts, Steyn's is no longer responsible.
If your order cannot be delivered and is returned to our facility, our team will contact you to resolve the issue.
If the parcel was returned due to an error in the address provided by the customer, a reship fee will be charged.
Any refunds processed will not include shipping costs.
Package Insurance
Protect your investment with our comprehensive insurance options:
All orders are automatically covered by Australia Post's standard insurance up to $100 at no additional cost.
For orders over $100, additional insurance can be purchased during checkout at $2.50 per $100 increment.
If additional insurance is not purchased for orders exceeding $100, our liability is limited to the standard $100 coverage only.
Insurance claims must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
All claims are processed according to Australia Post's insurance terms and conditions.
Important: By declining additional insurance during checkout, you accept responsibility for any loss or damage beyond the $100 standard coverage.
